The Role

  • Lead a critical portfolio at the heart of our enterprise platform: Trust & Core Services.
  • FedRAMP readiness and authorization enablement is the top priority.
  • Translate FedRAMP controls into product requirements.
  • Drive cross-functional execution to ship capabilities and ensure operational readiness for authorization and ongoing compliance.
  • Own foundational platform areas impacting enterprise scalability and product velocity: FedRAMP readiness, Records & Document Services, and Design System.
  • Partner deeply with Engineering, Security/GRC, Legal, Design, AI stakeholders, and GTM partners.

What You9ll Do

  • FedRAMP & Trust (Primary): Own product strategy and roadmap, translate controls into requirements and delivery plans.
  • Drive boundary and architecture decisions with Security, Infrastructure, Engineering.
  • Ship evidence-producing capabilities supporting authorization and compliance.
  • Establish operating rhythm including milestones, risk management, and launch readiness.
  • Records & Document Services: Set direction and execution for document capabilities including generation, rendering, storage, performance, and reliability.
  • Partner with Legal/Security on records management and translate needs into scalable platform primitives.
  • Define success metrics and drive continuous improvements with Engineering.
  • Partner with AI/ML teams for document primitives powering AI experiences.
  • Design System: Own roadmap, governance, and adoption strategy to improve consistency, accessibility, and speed of delivery.
  • Product Launch, Packaging & GTM Readiness: Lead launches for new platform capabilities, define positioning and enablement.
  • Partner cross-functionally on pricing, packaging, legal, and security reviews.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, including platform or infrastructure product ownership.
  • Hands-on FedRAMP experience leading readiness/authorization for SaaS/cloud products.
  • Ability to translate ambiguity into strategy, roadmap, and shipped outcomes.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional delivery and launches.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience owning document/content services at scale.
  • Familiarity with documents processing for AI and partnering with AI/ML teams.
  • Experience building or scaling a Design System.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS pricing, packaging, and launching platform capabilities.
  • Engineering or technical product/program management background is a plus.
