Responsibilities
- Architect the "Brain": break down complex decisions into strict logic trees and if/then statements for engineers to code
- Train the AI: review AI-generated advice, correct logic, and write "System Instructions" to prevent hallucinations on tax and compliance topics
- Solve edge cases involving AMT crossover points, QSBS stacking, uneven cash flows, and multi-state tax issues
- Define the standard: establish guardrails for AI interaction with fiduciary advice and write the industry playbook
You Are
- Technical Planner with strong numerical expertise rather than a Relationship Manager
Requirements
- Active CFP license
- 5+ years of experience creating tailored financial plans
- Deep expertise in one or more planning domains such as equity compensation, investment, retirement, estate planning
- Logic-driven and able to explain the math behind recommendations
- Tech-Forward, skilled in building complex financial models beyond standard tools like eMoney
- Low ego, high agency, and anti-corporate mindset
