Role Overview
- Own and evolve Signifydβs Identity & Intelligence Platform, including device intelligence, identity risk signals, bot and automation detection, and the strategic use of third-party data sources.
- Shape how intelligence signals underpin fraud and account-level products.
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Risk, and GTM teams to turn signals and models into scalable, trusted, and economically durable product capabilities.
- Ensure economic efficiency of the platform with scalable signal quality, model performance, and platform cost management.
- Thrive in ambiguity and focus on building foundational, compounding capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the platform roadmap including device intelligence, identity risk signals, session integrity, anomaly detection, automation, and bot classification.
- Define collection, normalization, evaluation, and reuse of first-party intelligence signals across products and workflows.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to ensure signals and models are production-ready, reliable, and aligned with product outcomes.
- Participate in architectural decisions balancing accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost.
- Manage cost efficiency including data enrichment spend, infrastructure usage, and long-term economics.
- Make tradeoffs between signal lift, latency, scalability, and cost to reduce operational spend.
- Lead strategy for external data enrichment and third-party identity and risk signal usage.
- Extend intelligence into bot and automation detection.
- Work with Risk, Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing to translate capabilities into value narratives and solutions.
- Stay current on fraud, bot, and identity attack patterns and adapt the platform accordingly.
- Operate autonomously making sound product tradeoffs in complex cross-functional environments.
What Youβll Work On
- Advancing device and identity intelligence to complement or replace third-party solutions.
- Defining detection and classification of automated behavior using internal signals.
- Evaluating intelligence and decisioning costs including infrastructure and data spend.
- Assessing ROI and lift of signals to guide build-vs-buy decisions and roadmap priorities.
- Shaping APIs, data contracts, and internal interfaces for scalability and productization.
- Partnering with Engineering and Data Science to move intelligence to reliable, cost-effective production.
