Responsibilities

  • Own the AdTech product vision and strategy across Gopuff Ads in collaboration with the Gopuff Ads commercial teams
  • Lead product discovery, ideation and intake
  • Support prioritization and sequencing with Engineering
  • Develop Gopuffs best-in-class data analytics and insights
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans
  • Build, lead and mentor the AdTech team
  • Engage and align cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support and evaluate external AdTech relationships

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in Product Management including leading complex, multi-stakeholder products or platforms.
  • Deep experience in AdTech, retail media / commerce media
  • Track record of owning a product strategy and roadmap
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Engineering and Data Science teams
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills: defining KPIs, running experiments, and using data to guide trade-offs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional partners and senior leadership
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with data monetization, measurement and insights products, or with external data partners and clean rooms.
  • Background in e-commerce, marketplaces or on-demand delivery.
  • Technical degree (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent practical experience.
