Responsibilities
- Own the AdTech product vision and strategy across Gopuff Ads in collaboration with the Gopuff Ads commercial teams
- Lead product discovery, ideation and intake
- Support prioritization and sequencing with Engineering
- Develop Gopuffs best-in-class data analytics and insights
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans
- Build, lead and mentor the AdTech team
- Engage and align cross-functional stakeholders
- Support and evaluate external AdTech relationships
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in Product Management including leading complex, multi-stakeholder products or platforms.
- Deep experience in AdTech, retail media / commerce media
- Track record of owning a product strategy and roadmap
- Demonstrated ability to partner with Engineering and Data Science teams
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills: defining KPIs, running experiments, and using data to guide trade-offs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional partners and senior leadership
- Nice-to-have: Experience with data monetization, measurement and insights products, or with external data partners and clean rooms.
- Background in e-commerce, marketplaces or on-demand delivery.
- Technical degree (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent practical experience.
