Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, self-starter Senior Product Manager to take ownership of core aspects of our learning platform to drive an exceptional experience for our apprentices.
Over the last two quarters, we have launched over 2500 apprentices on our new learning platform, after Eduflow was acquired in mid-2023. This role will be integral to levelling up the experience for our users, both by iterating on the existing features within Ariel and building brand new AI driven-tools to personalise their learning.
You will be building for thousands of apprentices across the UK and the US. Youโ€™d be joining a fast growing, mission-driven tech team of 100+ product, engineering, design, data and AI/ML leaders.

Specifically, you will:

  • Create product strategy and set a vision
  • Lead a squad of designers, engineers and data scientists to build the right product for the right reasons
  • Build your own product roadmap whilst maintaining and prioritising the product backlog
  • Track releases using clearly defined success metrics that move the needle
  • Acquire a deep understanding of our learners in order to create a high quality experience that delivers real value and benefit to the user
  • Shape the way the competency pillar works to set us up for success as we enter a crucial growth phase
  • Work on projects that lead to a great learning experience for our users, a streamlined UX for everyone and a strong technical architecture that makes us able to scale learning content 100x.

About you:

  • Youโ€™ve got exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience in bringing business partners with you to develop world class products
  • You are familiar with technical concepts such as database structures or have experience with the software development lifecycle
  • Youโ€™re comfortable with driving iterative releases, even if the MVP isnโ€™t perfect.

Extra Points:

  • You have worked on a product with high technical complexity and have been in charge of architectural design.
  • You have worked in education/EdTech.

How we hire:

  • Time off - 27 days holiday, plus 7 additional days off: 1 life event day, 2 volunteer days and 4 company-wide wellbeing days and 8 bank holidays per year
  • Health & Wellness- private medical Insurance with Bupa, a medical cashback scheme, life insurance, gym membership & wellness resources through Gympass and access to Spill - all in one mental health support
  • Hybrid & remote work offering - with weekly or monthly visits to the London office and the opportunity to work abroad 45 days a year
  • Team fun - weekly socials, company wide events and office snacks!
