Role Overview
- Own internal tech + product enablement for NodeZero and broader platform
- Design and run SE and CSM onboarding and ongoing technical enablement
- Build and manage Partner technical enablement and accreditation/certification program
- Stand up and operationalize Value Engineering content, tools, and training
- Own competitive research, guidance, and positioning to differentiate Horizon3 and NodeZero
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
- SE and CSM onboarding reduces time-to-productivity and time-to-first confident customer conversation
- Repeatable partner tech accreditation program live with certified partners leveraging assets in deals
- Value Engineering toolkit launched and actively used in opportunities and renewals
- Core tech/value enablement packages exist for top 3β5 motions and refreshed regularly
- GTM leaders have data-backed view of readiness and can correlate enablement with win-rates and deal quality
- Field describes Product + Value Enablement as βconnective tissueβ between key teams
Who You Are
- Blend deep technical credibility with ability to communicate business value clearly
- Experience leading technical enablement and/or value engineering programs in high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
- Obsessed with clarity, repeatability, and measurement turning ambiguity into structured programs
- Curious about attacker TTPs, security frameworks, and customer operations
- Comfortable working cross-functionally from IC SEs to executive leadership
- Operate as senior leader with judgment, energy, vision, and hands-on approach
Qualifications
- Required: 7+ years in Sales Engineering, Technical Enablement, Value Engineering, Product Marketing, or related GTM leadership roles in B2B SaaS; preference for cybersecurity or infrastructure experience
- Proven experience building and scaling enablement programs for technical audiences (SEs, CSMs, partners)
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer outcomes and value narratives
- Hands-on familiarity with offensive security/pentesting concepts or strong adjacent experience with rapid ramp-up ability
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing on launches and enablement roadmaps
- Strong program management skills including intake, prioritization, roadmapping, stakeholder alignment, and metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to practitioners and executives
Preferred
- Experience designing partner technical accreditation or certification programs
- Experience contributing to Value Engineering/Deal Strategy functions
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, NIST CSF, PCI, NIS2) and offensive security mapping to controls and evidence
- Prior experience at early-stage or high-growth company building from scratch and iterating quickly
Location & Travel
- This role can be remote
- Moderate travel to company events, key customer/partner meetings, and enablement summits may be required
