Your responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve the product experience and ensure smooth user journeys
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve the product based on user needs and preferences
- Use both quantitative data and qualitative insights to make informed decisions and improve product performance
- Manage the product backlog efficiently to increase user activation, engagement and retention
- Define clear product requirements to effectively address user problems and pain points
- Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize product results
Your skills
- 3+ years of experience in B2C product roles, such as Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar
- Strong foundation in product management best practices, with a track record of delivering impact-driven results
- Proven experience designing and improving activation, engagement, and retention mechanisms
- High level of autonomy and ownership, with the ability to learn quickly and move proactively
- Confident running user interviews and discovery sessions, uncovering core user motivations and turning insights into clear product actions
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with designers, engineers, and other product stakeholders

- Remote-first, but we have offices in Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia) and in Poland (Warsaw), so you can mix and match if you prefer
- Ideally, you should be in the CET or EET time zone
