Mission
Join us as a Senior Product Manager for our Connect team and help us shape the future of Qontoโs API and integration ecosystem, serving hundreds of thousands of SMEs. Acting as a strategic pillar for our team, you will drive the vision for our native integrations and Public APIs directly impacting our revenue and user retention.Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for Qontoโs API and integration products, mapping the competitive landscape and aligning your roadmap with revenue, expansion, and retention goals.
- Manage and scale our core integration products, including native integrations (accounting, invoicing, ERPs), our Public API and the Developer Portal.
- Build and nurture relationships with external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and building trust while maintaining Qontoโs high velocity.
- Champion product quality, ensuring that our integrations not only ship fast but also deliver a consistently reliable and exceptional experience for our users.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineers, Market Directors, Customer Success, and other Product teams to support their specific integration needs across our different European markets.
Expectations
- You will join a highly impactful domainโroughly a third of our users actively use a Connect integration today.
- We value deep strategic thinking over just shipping volume, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a high bar for product quality and user satisfaction.
- We continuously build out our Qonto offering and country-specific native integrations that act as key levers for our Market Directors.
- You will operate in a technical ecosystem driven by public APIs, partner portals, and emerging technologies, keeping a close eye on how AI and Model Context Protocols (MCP) are changing the integration landscape.
About You
- You have a strong track record as a Product Manager working deeply with API products, Banking-as-a-Service, or complex native integrations, and you are genuinely passionate about this space.
- You can easily map the competitive landscape (looking at best-in-class API products beyond fintech) and define what to buildโand what not to build.
- You are highly comfortable engaging with external technical partners, challenging them when necessary, and building lasting trust.
- You have a strong sensitivity to product quality and maintain high standards for reliability and user satisfaction beyond the initial feature release.
- You have strong cross-team communication skills to align diverse internal stakeholders (from engineering to market directors) and remain curious about emerging tech trends.
