In this role, you will
- Develop detailed specifications for large-scale ML/AI driven recommendations features critical to the business.
- Partner closely with engineering and data science to improve Tinder recommendations.
- Understand markets, ecosystem effects, and user requirements in depth.
- Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
- Communicate effectively with the broader product team and senior leadership.
- Utilize data insights and voice of the customer to drive product decisions.
You will need
- 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- Background in recommendation systems or related ML/AI systems.
- Demonstrated leadership experience working effectively with engineers and data scientists.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to guide decisions on optimizing features or developing new solutions.
