In this role, you will
- Own the entire roadmap for a large portion of Ashby's existing modules.
- Contribute significantly to overall product strategy and impact product quality and velocity.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO on individual project execution while becoming familiar with the space and customers.
- Ensure excellent execution across product quality and velocity by setting the right priorities.

- A strong curiosity and excitement for understanding end-users and their jobs.
- An engineering mindset to assess product challenges and edge cases.
- Demonstrated taste and concern for product quality.
- Strong writing skills to synthesize product knowledge and enable engineers with insights.
- A strong business sense to align product features with monetization and business priorities.
