Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Execution: Drive the product strategy and roadmap for Rarible, aligned with company goals and customer needs.
- Customer-Focused Development: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, marketing, and business development teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver impactful solutions.
- Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Quick Delivery Mindset: Use agile methodologies to iterate rapidly and ensure timely delivery of new features and improvements.
About You:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with 2+ years leading teams or initiatives.
- A passion for NFTs, Web3, and marketplace technologies, with a deep understanding of their dynamics.
- Experience working on B2B products, especially within marketplaces or enterprise-level solutions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning diverse teams and priorities.
- A proven ability to execute strategy, deliver results, and drive product adoption in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong UX/UI intuition to ensure the best user experience across the platform.
- A data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
