- Lead strategy and execution of AI and Machine Learning product features, ensuring they deliver value to customers
- Identify product opportunities and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (machine learning, data science, engineering, design etc.) to define product roadmaps and requirements
- Enable AI/ML model decisions such as when to improve existing models vs develop new models
- Evaluate success by establishing performance metrics and driving rigorous testing
- Communicate effectively and transparently with partner teams and product managers to align on goals/scope, dependencies, and operational risks to ensure flawless launches
- Manage stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership, to keep them informed and gather their input
About you
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Prior experience shipping and iterating on AI/ML products, with interest and understanding of the AI/ML product lifecycle
- Experience scaling AI/ML platform solutions across multiple teams and products using frameworks and best practices
- A affinity for the fast-paced, changing environment of new products; get-it-done personality
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and executives around a unified vision
- Strong strategic thinking skills where youโre able to navigate difficult tradeoffs, assess options quickly and guide the team toward alignment
- Demonstrate ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers
Nice to haves
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts in batch and real-time environments
- Prior experience in marketing tech optimizing consumer journeys, driving user acquisition, and/or solving for growth constraints
