We're looking for a Product Manager for our Website, who is excited about building the bank that will help small and medium businesses succeed. As a Website Product Manager, you will drive the product strategy for our website, identify market needs, and collaborate on feature prioritization. With our operations spanning four markets - France, Italy, Spain, and Germany - the scope for your creativity and impact is significant.
Your Responsibilities
- Contribute to driving the product strategy and increasing Qontoโs website's overall conversion.
- Collaborate with the website stakeholders to build expertise in their markets and drive conversion.
- Build knowledge in your product area, by combining user research, analytics, and market analysis.
- Drive Value Analysis and articulate complex problems to set a compelling vision.
- Steer Value Engineering to conceive, design, and develop market-leading products.
- Contribute to the growth of one of Europe's top scale-ups/unicorns.
- Work on the Qonto Website, which is our number 1 source for new leads.
- Help drive the Qonto Product in the highly competitive fintech industry.
Your Future Manager

- Experience: 4+ years as a Product Manager, ideally with website products.
- Mastery: Proficient in Google Analytics, Amplitude, and AB testing tools.
- User-centric: Empathize with users and focus on UX.
- Analytical mindset: Turn data into insights and action plans.
- Growth-oriented: Passionate about market research and funnel optimization.
- Team player: Excellent communication skills across departments.
- Project management: Organize complex projects and define targets.
- Continuous improvement: Learn from mistakes and strive for better.
- Flexibility: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Languages: Fluent in English; French, Italian, Spanish or German is a plus.
