What you'll do
- Understand and articulate customer needs through direct customer conversations, product analytics, and market research.
- Work with Product Managers and designers to define and validate user experiences.
- Help refine and clarify product requirements to ensure the end product meets our merchantsโ needs.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog of product features and requirements optimized for impact.
- Partner with our Product Support and Product Marketing teams to ensure seamless product launches.
- Work with our Data team to define and track success metrics for our products and features.
What you'll bring
- Typically, 2+ years of experience at a SaaS provider in Product Management, Product Design, Solution Engineering, or Sales Engineering.
- Proven ability to take on well-defined problems, collaborate on defining product requirements, and work incrementally.
- Strong analysis, process, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of effective customer communication.
- Working knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, advanced Excel, and Product Management tools such as Jira.
- Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
