Duties
- Hands-on leadership of a key product framework at Deel
- Manage PM teams (each team has its own mix of Product Manager, Designers, FE and BE engineers, QA, analysts and operations according to its purpose)
- Be able to perform tactical work alongside your team for bug fixes and escalation remediation
- Build industry-leading solutions to complex problems in a high-dependency environment

Requirements
- Performed as a Lead Product Manager for at least 2 years in a fast pace environment (ideally scale up/start-up)
- Understand frameworks and how to scale functions across platforms
- Previously acted as a Product Manager for a minimum of 7 years
- Be willing and able to be hands-on when needed
- Strong understanding of Product, Design and Leadership
- Preferably based in EMEA
