Key Responsibilities
- Craft a compelling vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to shape the product strategy and roadmap.
- Rally cross-functional teams around the product vision, emphasizing sales efficiency, pipeline growth, customer retention, and acquisition costs.
- Define product requirements focusing on how features contribute to business objectives.
- Work closely with designers and engineers to ensure continued alignment with objectives during the development process.
- Own both quantitative and qualitative research, leveraging insights to inform product direction with a focus on ARR.
- Build & utilize data (KPIs) to measure product success and share results.
- Manage final stages of the product life cycle: product release, stakeholder communication, and go-to-market strategy.
Must-Have
- 5+ years of product management experience with a customer-facing B2B product.
- A clear understanding of B2B and/or SaaS businesses.
- Demonstrated experience in high-growth startup environments.
- Ability to develop product roadmaps managing competing priorities.
- Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data for product decisions.
- Experience mentoring other product managers.
- Intrinsic motivation and effective communication skills.
- Comfortable with failure and evidence-guided prioritization skills.
- Excellent documentation skills for communication and alignment.
