Job Description
- Design and refine production-ready interfaces across core trading surfaces
- Improve usability and visual hierarchy across complex, data-dense views
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system for a real-time product
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to bring features from concept to launch
- Create UX flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new product features
- Explore and implement new interaction patterns that improve trading speed and clarity
Requirements
- Strong UI and visual design skills, with attention to layout, typography, spacing, and hierarchy
- Experience designing complex or data-heavy products such as trading platforms, analytics tools, or dashboards
- Ability to design clear, intuitive interfaces for real-time systems and dense information environments
- Comfortable designing non-standard components and interaction patterns when needed
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly
- Curiosity about crypto, trading products, or prediction markets (prior Web3 experience not required)
