Job Description
Design user-centered solutions for web and mobile applications, from concept through implementation. Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs. Balance visual design, interaction design, and usability to deliver clear, functional, and accessible experiences. Contribute to and follow established design systems and accessibility standards. Partner with product and development teams to understand requirements, align on outcomes, and ensure implementation fidelity. Actively participate in design critiques, giving and receiving feedback to continuously improve the work. Work with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on solutions throughout the product lifecycle. Contribute to UX research efforts by assisting with usability testing, synthesizing findings, and applying insights to your designs.Requirements
- 2β4 years of UX/UI design experience in a collaborative product team environment.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with tools such as Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, or prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and interaction patterns.
- Basic understanding of accessibility (ADA, WCAG) and how to apply inclusive design practices.
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize work, and communicate project status.
