In this role, you will
- Design products that enhance user experience in federal healthcare IT.
- Collaborate with product owners to discover product opportunities and deliver solutions through prototyping and testing.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Communicate design processes clearly to stakeholders.
You will need
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
- 3+ years of applied UX design experience in the software industry.
- Must reside in the US and have the authorization to work in the U.S.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 Level AA/Section 508 compliance preferred.
- Experience in federal contracting or healthcare IT preferred.
- Strong skills with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Sketch.
- Ability to work successfully with a cross-functional, diverse, and distributed remote development team.
