Role Overview
- Design and execute studies to uncover insights, validate solutions, and guide customer-centric decisions.
- Collaborate within a design-driven culture, using Design Thinking to influence outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute research across various methods including interviews, usability tests, and surveys to deliver actionable insights.
- Synthesize findings into clear recommendations that inform product and design decisions.
- Enable rapid discovery and validation for quick testing and learning.
- Advocate for the customer in design and delivery conversations.
- Communicate insights through reports, presentations, and workshops that inspire action.
- Maintain empathy for users throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Designers, PMs, Engineers, and Data teams to embed insights into solutions.
- Contribute to research operations including participant recruitment and documentation.
- Help scale research practices by streamlining repeatable processes accessible to teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a UX Researcher in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative methods and guiding others in their use.
- Strong ability to frame research objectives aligned with business priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging reports, presentations, and workshops.
- Comfortable with customer recruiting and study logistics.
- Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in a consulting role across teams and projects.
- Portfolio, case studies, or examples demonstrating executed research and enablement of others.
