Responsibilities

• Own UX problems end-to-end, with minimal oversight—framing the problem, validating direction, and delivering high-quality designs.
• Lead your own research by planning and conducting interviews, usability tests, and exploratory research; synthesize findings into clear insights.
• Design with precision and speed using Figma, FigJam, and Figma Make, leveraging AI tools for efficient iteration.
• Work through ambiguity to make thoughtful tradeoffs across usability, security, technical constraints, and business goals.
• Prototype and validate early by building lightweight prototypes and running quick user testing.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering as an equal to shape priorities and solutions.
• Communicate clearly by presenting research findings and design decisions confidently.
• Raise the bar by contributing to UX standards, accessibility, and design systems.
• Mentor by example and provide guidance to other designers through strong craft and critique.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a UX and Interaction Designer.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, delivering high-quality UX with ownership.
• Strong foundation in UX research, including interviewing and usability testing.
• Deep proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and Figma Make, with established design patterns.
• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products, ideally with admin interfaces.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web standards.
• Comfort designing for multiple personas (Buyers, End Users, IT Administrators, Engineers).
• A strong portfolio showcasing clear problem framing and shipped outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with security, privacy, or data protection products.
• Familiarity with federated or enterprise admin platforms.
• Experience using AI-assisted UX tools for research synthesis or prototyping.
• Basic front-end coding literacy.
