Job Description
Work on projects that impact the business and contribute to Transcarentβs mission of better health and care, specifically in the growth and engagement space. Learn how to use a design system to design and validate new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts for our cloud-based applications. Gain exposure to collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers to create delightful, effortless experiences for our users. Be exposed to how our Product, Design, and Engineering Team operates. You'll have a formal mentor on your team guiding you throughout your internship period.
Requirements
- Is a self-starter and is skilled in identifying issues and developing solutions.
- Proficiency in Figma and Figjam.
- Communication skills presenting designs and articulating design decisions.
- Proficiency in prototyping.
- Has a passion for healthcare and is inquisitive about the various ways we can improve the delivery of health and care.
- Is able to dedicate 40-hours a week for a duration of 12 weeks.
