Lead the design of high-end, responsive web experiences that feel premium and differentiated. Translate brand positioning into emotionally resonant digital journeys that support fundraising goals. Design event-driven experiences that build anticipation and drive engagement. Create refined UI systems that balance visual elegance with conversion clarity. Craft moments within the digital journey that inspire trust, credibility, and generosity. Collaborate closely with brand, marketing, and development teams to ensure seamless execution. Push creative standards beyond what currently exists, raising the visual and experiential bar.Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing luxury, premium, or high-end brand websites
- Experience designing for fundraising, investor audiences, nonprofit campaigns, or high-value conversion environments is strongly preferred.
- A portfolio that demonstrates elevated aesthetic judgment, typographic sophistication, and strong visual hierarchy.
- Deep understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and motion principles.
- Ability to design immersive experiences that feel polished, modern, and emotionally engaging.
- Strong command of Figma (or equivalent tools) and experience working closely with developers.
- Experience designing event-driven or campaign-focused digital experiences is highly preferred.
- U.S.-based designers are welcome.
