Job Description
- Conduct user research and gather insights (interviews, usability tests, behavioral analysis)
- Communicate directly with users (in English)
- Identify user pain points and needs, and formulate UX hypotheses
- Design user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns
- Create low- and high-fidelity mock-ups as well as prototypes
- Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the product development lifecycle
- Ensure consistency of user experience and contribute to evolving existing UI components
Requirements
- At least 4 years of UX design experience supported by a strong portfolio
- Solid understanding of the full UX process, from discovery to implementation
- Experience with research and design methods such as user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and wireframing
- Ability to create high-fidelity designs and polished interfaces
- Hands-on experience working with design systems and reusable components
- Skill in translating business goals into clear and effective UX solutions
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- A self-driven mindset combined with the ability to work well in a team
- Confidence in English communication, both written and spoken
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience working on data-driven products, analytics platforms, or B2B SaaS solutions
- Familiarity with the marketing domain
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
