Job Description
As the senior UX Researcher at Flo, you will be playing a critical role in discovering user needs for an entirely new audience in new big projects, testing fully functional MVP versions with real users, and checking product hypotheses in the pre-launch stages.
Your Experience
Must have:
- 5+ years of hands-on UX research experience in a fast-paced product environment.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, capable of advocating for research and influencing decision-making across domains.
- Extensive expertise in a wide array of research methods, both evaluative and formative.
- Demonstrated ability to lead research projects from conception to completion.
- Ability to get practical-oriented research results that can be converted into real product enhancements.
- Proactive mindset with a track record of identifying new product development opportunities through research.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading the discovery process for big new initiatives to bring the product understanding of core user needs, expectations, and ground for feature development.
- Suggesting methods to prioritize user needs and align them with existing in-app analytical data and medical data by population.
- Collaborating with product and content design to create a research strategy to test the prototypes of new products and get the most actionable insights.
- Creating the strategy for UX research depends on the goals, including UX research scenarios and data representation.
- Improve the quality and perception of UX Research within the business while executing and managing evaluative and strategic projects independently, requiring minimal support.

Salary Range - Vilnius - gross per month
