Job Description

• Assisting with user interviews, data analytics and usability tests to gather insights
• Contribute to define user flows, create journey maps and articulate customer requirements to inform on design decisions
• Contribute to the creation of wireframes, user flows and low to mid fidelity prototypes
• Support the high-fidelity design of new experiences and the optimisation of existing ones
• Help to maintain quality and consistency across design systems and components
• Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) in Agile delivery environments

Requirements

• Degree or relevant UX design experience
• Good understanding of Figma and basic AI tools
• A portfolio that demonstrates a user centred design process and outcomes
• Understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture and accessibility (WCAG standards)
• Ability to present design decisions and document research insights
• Experience designing software with a focus on data visualisation, dashboards, or enterprise software (desirable)
• Familiar with AI-powered tools across design and research workflows
