Job Description
- Assisting with user interviews, data analytics and usability tests to gather insights
- Contribute to define user flows, create journey maps and articulate customer requirements to inform on design decisions
- Contribute to the creation of wireframes, user flows and low to mid fidelity prototypes
- Support the high-fidelity design of new experiences and the optimisation of existing ones
- Help to maintain quality and consistency across design systems and components
- Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) in Agile delivery environments
Requirements
- Degree or relevant UX design experience
- Good understanding of Figma and basic AI tools
- A portfolio that demonstrates a user centred design process and outcomes
- Understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture and accessibility (WCAG standards)
- Ability to present design decisions and document research insights
- Experience designing software with a focus on data visualisation, dashboards, or enterprise software (desirable)
- Familiar with AI-powered tools across design and research workflows
