Job Description
- Research and analyze user needs with a customer-focused approach and translate insights into well-founded UX concepts and strategies.
- Develop cross-device UX/UI concepts for apps and websites.
- Create customer journeys, sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes.
- Prepare concept presentations and facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams.
- Execute complex projects in close collaboration with senior designers and cross-functional teams such as development and product management.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably at a digital agency.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in media design, interaction design, information design, interface design, or a related field.
- Proven ability to conceptualize and design digital applications and mobile apps.
- A solid understanding of the technical structure of websites and digital products.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems and a strong understanding of systematic, scalable design.
- Confident, routine use of common design tools such as Figma and Adobe CC.
- Solid knowledge of common UX methods, agile working practices, and established design workflows.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
