8+ years of experience as a UX Writer with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
Experience with localization workflows, including writing for translatability, working with translation management systems, or collaborating with L10n engineering teams.
A builder who’s comfortable in a high-growth environment.
A demonstrated ability to use empathy, logic, and data to inform design choices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present research to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Proven fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) applied to content design workflows—not just as a user, but as someone who builds and maintains AI-powered systems for team-wide use.
