We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team for an exciting IT transformation project in the health insurance sector.
In this role, you will
- Create wireframes using Figma and existing Salesforce Lightning design libraries
- Collaborate with SMEs to obtain feedback and iterate on designs
- Conduct prototyping and user testing as necessary
- Interpret user stories and solution design documents
- Work with Solution Architects and Technical Architects to design within technical constraints
- Manage stakeholders and support other work streams
You will need
- Strong understanding of IT delivery at the enterprise level
- Experience working in Agile sprints
- Minimum of 4 years Salesforce experience
- Insurance industry experience is preferred
- Familiarity with Confluence and Jira
- Experience with Figma and Slack
