In this role, you will
- Refine workflows and processes for better usability and accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and priorities.
- Drive user-centricity through usability testing and prototyping.
- Translate user insights into functional designs.
- Craft wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for various platforms.
- Foster the growth of our Design System focusing on functionality and accessibility.
- Partner with engineering to ensure high-quality design implementations.
- Mentor fellow UX team members on best practices.
You will need
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cognitive Psychology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UX or Product design, focusing on e-commerce or SaaS.
- Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and Agile/Scrum processes.
- Strong communication skills and empathy for users.
- Proficiency in Figma, Maze, and responsive design standards.
- Understanding of WCAG 2.2 AA and AAA rules.
