Responsibilities
- Move quickly, design variants in days and evolve concepts based on performance outcomes.
- Interpret experiment results with marketing partners to identify next steps.
- Use data & insights to generate hypotheses and propose creative improvements.
- Develop high-performing creative assets for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, etc.).
- Create modular design systems for scaling ad production, versioning, and creative refreshes.
- Combine brand storytelling with direct-response best practices to drive engagement.
- Mastery of modern generative AI tools (Flora.ai, Weavy, or similar platforms) with hands-on experience building custom digital workflows.
- Participate in creative strategy development, concept sprints and growth experiments.
- Evaluate top-of-funnel creative trends, competitor ads, and category benchmarks.
- Use AI tools and internal AI systems, and automations for day-to-day creation and experimentation.
- Build internal workflows, templates, and automations using AI to scale creative output.
- Continuously evaluate new AI tools to adopt into design and experimentation processes.
- Partner closely with brand and product teams, to continuously elevate the brand system.
- Partner closely with Performance Marketing, Lifecycle, PMM teams to align creative strategy across channels.
- Socialize learnings from experiments to break down current silos and ensure messaging and content are synchronized driving a more unified customer experience and higher conversion rates.
- Socialize learnings from experiments to influence creative strategy, and future creative testing roadmaps.
- Act as a strategic partner in identifying new growth opportunities.

Qualifications
- 3-5+ years as a Brand Designer, Growth Designer in a performance-driven environment (agency or in-house).
- Proven experience designing high-performing creative assets for paid social, digital ads.
- Daily fluency with AI creative tools and an active interest in experimenting with new ones.
- Strong understanding of growth funnels, paid media dynamics, and creative testing methodologies.
- Comfort working in fast iteration cycles, test, learn, refine, repeat.
- Strong Figma and AI Tools experience.
