What we’re looking for
- 8+ years of product design experience in fintech or scaled consumer products.
- Strong experience launching products or major features.
- Portfolio demonstrating 0 to 1 thinking and strong design craft.
- Deep expertise in mobile app design.
- Strong visual design sensibility and practical UX judgment.
- Fluency in Figma and modern design workflows.
- Clear, confident communication with cross-functional partners.
Bonus
- Experience designing financial products with ongoing member relationships.
- Exposure to products serving gig workers or people with non-traditional income.
