  • Data and user-led decision making expertise
    • Clear rationale for your design decisions - everything is purposeful, strategic, analytical
    • Hands-on experience with exploratory and evaluative qualitative research methods; youโ€™ll have previous experience in running research projects and user testing, from planning and running the sessions to analysing and using findings to inform decisions

    • Experience collaborating with Engineering to maintain a consistent and easy-to-use experience for users, including evolving a Design System and guaranteeing a cohesive visual branding across all products to achieve a premium brand feel
  • Strategic prioritisation skills
