In this role, you will
- Define and communicate the product design vision and strategy.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leads to align goals.
- Establish a strong collaborative design practice within the team.
- Drive design efforts that contribute to business objectives.
- Advocate for user needs and foster relationships with stakeholders.
You will need
- 3+ years experience as a design manager or lead designer in a B2B SaaS context.
- Strong portfolio in UX design and design leadership.
- Experience working remotely and managing a design team.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
