Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for brand events, including proprietary conferences (VantaCon), and third party sponsorships (e.g. RSA, Black Hat)
- Own execution of specific event workstreams 6 venue and vendor coordination, shipping, swag, staffing, pre/post event comms
- Support cross-functional marketing project leads such as Product Marketing, Design, Copy, Web to fulfill asset management
- Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets within your assigned scopes
- Assist in post-event reporting, recapping impact and learnings
- Manage event tools and platforms as needed (e.g., event registration software, shipping portals)
Requirements
- 3 65 years of event coordination or experiential marketing experience
- Experience executing brand-forward B2B events preferred
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable juggling multiple timelines and tasks
- Experience with event management tools (e.g., Splash, Bizzabo, Asana, Airtable)
- Familiarity with production timelines, AV needs, or booth builds
- Experience working with external vendors including conference organizers, production agencies
- Excitement for translating brand into experiences 6 and a desire to grow in strategic event marketing over time
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required, up to 15-20%
