Your role at Kittl
As a Product Marketing Manager at Kittl, you will be part of a fast-paced and test-driven marketing culture. Our marketing team consists of 8 people that drive our global expansion. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and running our global go-to-market strategy, building a unique positioning, and at the same time building a strong relationship with users to understand their needs and pain points.
What youโll do
- Establish Identity: Build a unique positioning and compelling messaging that differentiates Kittl in the market
- Strategy & planning: Create and execute a go-to-market plan, including launching new products and managing the cross-functional implementation of the plan
- Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with product management, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product launches
- Market research: Conduct detailed market analysis to understand customer needs, pain points, and the competitive landscape
- Relationship building: Build strong relationships with users to understand their needs and challenges
- Problem solving: Work closely with product, growth, and media teams to share user feedback and suggest solutions
- Performance monitoring: Track and analyze user engagement and come up with strategies for increasing user retention
What youโll need:
- Professional experience: 5+ years of product marketing experience, within a high-growth tech environment or B2C SaaS
- Academic / technical background: Preferably a technical background: youโre an engineer turned marketer or you have a Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related field
- Communication skills: Exceptional communication and articulation skills, both written and verbal
- Industry knowledge: In-depth knowledge of consumer marketing and growth drivers
- Analytical skills: Robust analytical skills paired with a business-oriented mindset, guiding ROI-based prioritisation
- Champion: Demonstrated ability to envision and champion a go-to-market journey, communicating effectively with leadership, users, and partners
