Product Manager Responsibilities
- Be the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
- Understand Aircallβs strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission.
- Incorporate data, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and roadmap over your area of responsibility.
- Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for web-based products and platforms.
- Work with your Engineering and Design counterparts to drive product development.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups and guide the team through key milestones.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics. Adapt if necessary.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience using analytics to drive product results;
- Extensive experience in B2B SaaS software leading a product area;
- Proven success in launching products, features, or flows and tracking their impact on business metrics;
- Empathetic leader who ensures stakeholders are aligned and compelled by the product vision;
- Strong communication skills with clear, structured thinking;
- Fluent in English (Spanish or French is a plus).
