Web3 Business Dev & Sales Jobs

We’re looking for a Business Development leader to join our DAO team! This person is a proven, tenacious bus dev leader who can create great relationships with potential partners, educate them on our offering, and close deals. As a leader in an early-stage organization, you’ll own business development and lay the groundwork for how we grow this function in a DAO-native way.

Our current “sales” process has all been inbound and developed through effective word of mouth strategies by building trust with our community, and our customers over time. This is the first time we’ll have an “outbound” sales process, and we’re looking for someone to spearhead this process - from ideation/strategy to implementation. At Utopia Labs, we're building the tools that will support the future of governance, commerce, and work. We aim to help DAOs revolutionize the way people work, own, and interact with the world. As the Business Development lead, you would be our missionary into new communities and projects; providing value, participating in governance, and supporting the amazing builders we love at any stage in their journey. As a team that builds with DAO’s, you’ll be a participant in these communities.

The role of our BD Manager - Web3 Gaming is to lead business growth across key Web3 gaming opportunities in the market. Immutable’s future growth engine will be largely dependent on your ability to leverage a Web3 network and create successful relationships with top tier Web3 gaming partners/opportunities, communities, and projects. Ideally, you are bringing great BD and extensive web3 gaming experience.

At 01, you will have the opportunity to build the next generation of decentralized financial infrastructure that will enable more accessible, secure, and powerful global markets. Joining our early-stage team will enable you to make decisions that will fundamentally shape 01.

As the Head of BD, you will play an integral role in developing Electron’s developer & project ecosystem. You will have the opportunity to build out the BD arm of Electron and form deep partnerships with projects building upon Electron. The ideal candidate will have a self-starter mentality, strong attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As Compound Treasury’s Director of Business Development & Partnerships, you will be a key member accelerating a newly launched product in the crypto and institutional investor space. You will be responsible for expanding our audience and market, spearheading needle-moving partnerships, and advancing our strategy. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, compliance, legal, and product and engineering.
