You will be joining a growing team of 5 members, reporting directly to our Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager & working closely with various key stakeholders across the organization. The Talent team is a critical piece in strategically scaling the organization while establishing and maintaining the highest possible standard and a spectacular culture.

The primary role of the Talent Acquisition Lead will be to manage the talent acquisition process: working with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and technical assignments, liaise with external recruiters, review resumes, conduct screening interviews, and manage Metrikaโs relationship with candidates from the first interview to onboarding, ensuring each candidate, whether offered a position at Metrika or not, has an exceptional experience.
